Situation
Overview
Human Resources Services consists of several small departments. We needed to move their site onto a new CMS, coordinate with each area to update and organize their content to meet the needs of various users.
My Role
UX Design Manager | Product Manager
- Work with stakeholders to establish the goals and specs of the project
- Train employees on how maintain and update the website
- Oversee the development, implementation and launch.
Task

- Implement a new website using updated branding and styling in a newly adopted CMS
- Improve the UX
- Identify and update content appropriate for the website
Action
Organizing Content
Through site analytics and user surveys, we identified five major user groups; Managers, Current Employees, Certain Employees, Former Employees, and Job Seekers. We focused our attention on how best to organize their content for each of the users.
